I really liked this trendy new hotel and would definitely stay here again; it was a fantastic place for a night during a business trip, the room was cozy and had a nice view.

The staff were nice and kind and helpful with any questions. The double room I stayed in was updated and had Balmain bath products.- The hotel is very centrally located in the city.

Fantastic location close to downtown, hotel bar and restaurant, luxury shopping, and Union Square. Easy walk to Xanadu Gallery. Functional triple room with weight equipment, armchair, and comfortable double beds.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our very comfortable 5 nights stay here. The staff were incredible and the facilities provided were pretty nice. It was compact, updated and on the 28th level.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, with easy access to all the local tourist spots, a big shopping mall, and the main shopping street. Before bed, I went to Top of the Mark for a nightcap, which is conveniently located next door to the hotel.

The staff here is top-notch, they let us check in early! Plus, the bar is really good 🍸. The room is nicely decorated, modern, and oh-so-comfy. I loved having a separate bathroom with a shower and hair dryers at hand.

The hotel offers good food for breakfast in the club with a beautiful view of the bay. Unbeatable location in San Francisco, close to the best shopping area, restaurants, the business district, and within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf.

Also - near shopping center and shops as well as all the important attractions of San Francisco.
